23 Weeks & Mothers Day ~

I hope everyone had a great Mothers Day.  I sure did.   I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband and sweet father to my children.  They made my day so special.  They make everyday special but this weekend was really nice.  :)  Friday was a free day at the Local Botanical Gardens.  So i loaded up the kids and we took off to see the gardens for the day.  The kids had a blast and i got a lovely sunburn.  HEHE!! 

This is probably my most favorite picture of the day.  I love standing back and watching my kids discover the world around them. 

Looking for Butterflies......

They loved the butterfly exibit.  They even got to see butterfly eggs and found the hungry little catipillar.  :)

We left with lots of wonderful memories.  Just wish the hubby could have joined in all the fun.  But he was at work.  :(

Saterday was a good day too.....the hubs and i made it a family day.  NO WORK ON ANYTHING DAY!!!   I let the house go and we didn't do any painting or yard work or anything and focused on family.   Did alittle shopping and got a few good deals.  I wanted to go to my favorite shopping place Essex.   That place is so fun....for the whole family.  HA!  Have you ever been???  If not look for one in your local area.  They get in new shipments 3 times a week!  You NEVER know what you will find in that store.  And that is what i like about it.  You go once or twice you get the fever.  HA!!  I personally have never been and not found anything i didn't want or need.  Ok....a little background on the store.  Essex has anything from baby products to clothes to toys to electronics.  They buy other stores overstock and returns and sell them for atleast half the price the item goes for normally.  Example.....this shopping trip i found a BRAND NEW still in box never opened and tags still on Britax car seat for the new baby in cow print {love} for $130.  Normally almost $300.  YEP!  I was excited!!  Not to long ago i found a Britax high back booster seat for my oldest {when she turns 5} in PINK for.....wait for it.....$30 bucks!!!   They usually run around $100 or $130 depending on sales.  Ok...more on the store.  Now everything has a tag on it with price and date it came in store.  If the item has been in the store a month you get a 10% discount...6 weeks 20%...2 months 30% and so on.  The longer it is there the cheaper it gets.  How great is that!  They have a great selection of toys too.  Sometimes you have to look around...sometimes the boxes tend to be not perfect.  But you can find some great deals.  This year the kids christmas is coming straight from that store.  Right now they have a new leapster for $25.  They are over $50 in stores.  Whatever they have you can pretty much count on it being half of the normal price.  GREAT STORE!

Size of baby: Baby H is the size of a Grapefruit!

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 10 lbs Maternity Clothes: Wearing some maternity tops and still in regular dresses!

Gender: GIRL!

Movement: Lots!!

Sleep: I'm so tired but been having sleep issues lately pregnancy insomnia is no fun!

What I miss: Coffee and Sushi and sleep.

Cravings: Grape soda.

Symptons: Feeling good these days.

Best Moment this week: Feeling her move around.  :)
